HOW TO SPECIAL ORDER
Waterloo Games wants to help all customers whenever and wherever they are. While our eCommerce store is dedicated primarily to the Langton Miniatures line, we will be glad to take an order for something you want if you cannot make it in to the shop. Just send us an email with your request and we'll respond with availability and pricing.
1. Determine what you want to order
2. Fill out the contact form here using the best description you can for your items: manufacturer, product description, quantity, whatever else makes sense
3. Submit the form and you will receive a confirmation email

We will review the order as quickly as possible and write you back with the total order price including the best discount we can give based on the manufacturer. Shipping is free for orders over $80 in the continental United States.

Once you receive the order detail email back from us with your total price, just confirm the order and we will send you a PayPal invoice to complete the deal.

While we cannot get every product out there, we will make every effort to fulfill your order as completely and as timely as possible.
